I. Terre Haute Area Association of REALTORS® (THAAR)

REALTOR® Membership Application Fee……………..
(Application fee includes all supplies and associated expenses incurred with the mandatory Orientation class.
$450.00 Local Fee and $100.00 State Fee)

(Dues include Local, State, National membership, and billed in October for the next year.
Current year dues will be prorated monthly from the date of membership approval)

All applications for membership must be postmarked or received in the Board office by 8:00 a.m. five business days prior to the THAAR Board meeting, and include the $550.00 application fee and pro-rated dues for the remainder of the calendar year.
The application will be presented to the THAAR Board of Directors at the next month's meeting.
THAAR Directors meet the first Tuesday of each month.

II. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of THAAR
|

All membership applications for the MLS must be received in the Board office no later than the day before the Director's meeting, and include the $1000.00 application fee and pro-rated dues for the current Quarter.
The Directors of the MLS meet on the second Friday of every month.
An applicant is not considered a member of the MLS until Board membership is established. |
